WHO ARE WE?
Forest One provides NHS hospitals in Essex with a mix of music from the 80's to the present day. We also provide dedicated shows for specific parts of our audience including The Derwent Centre in Harlow.

We are a part of Radio Forest Community Broadcasting, a registered charity based in Epping Essex run by a team of over 30 volunteers. Our sister station Classic Hits Forest Gold broadcasts via TuneIn Radio and Alexa to thousands of listeners in Essex and beyond.

GARY DIXON
Gary looks after our weekly request show (Wednesdays at 12, Fridays at 6 and Sundays at 8).

You can also join him at the Soft Rock Café from 9pm every Thursday evening.
A MIX OF OLD & NEW
We play the biggest hits of the past 12 months plus a wide variety of oldies too.

It's a big mix of new and classic tunes from the 80's, the 90's and the 21st century
DAVID BARTLEY
You can join David every weekday morning from 9 till midday.

Then enjoy our non stop mix of old and new right through the afternoon.
